Winter Sunshine in Tenerife

Our friends Arnold and Elvira invited us to share their villa again for the two weeks leading up to Christmas. It was lovely to leave the grey skies at home and wake up to sunshine every morning. A car park is being built over the road next to the Balcon de Europe apartments and we spend happy hours supervising the workmen whilst sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. When Arnold and Elvira bought their timeshare there was a clear view over the sea to La Gomera. Now there is a view of apartment roofs but the sunsets are still very beautiful.
