Paris in March

After 11 days we flew off again to visit granddaughter Isabella in Paris. Here we have typical tourist shot. We are bringing Isabella home from her creche and her nanny took the photograph.

Isabella's playpark is the Champ de Mars.
On the way home from the creche she and
Genevieve visit the roundabouts and swings,
play in the sandpits and they visit the puppet theatre.

Above we have Alistair admiring Alonso's car in the Renault showroom on the Champs Elysees. It looked a very tight fit for the driver to me.
On this visit the weather was very kind to us and we did a lot of walking along the banks of the Seine, crossing bridges and making detours when we saw something we wanted to visit.

Here I am striking a pose near Paris' Statue of Liberty.
We walked along a peaceful island pathway in the middle
of the Seine to reach this statue.
