Eyam and Ashford June 2007

Today was a "Ladies who Lunch" for my friend Dian and I. As I had never been to the plague village of Eyam we decided that was where we would go and then onto Ashford in the Water to look at the well dressings and flower festival in the parish church. It took us longer to get there than expected as they had closed the road and we had to take the scenic route but it was a lovely sunny day and we had beautiful views as we searched for a road to Eyam.
