Marisa explores the parks
Today was decidedly cold but dry so we drove the short distance to the attractive play park in Gawsworth. Marisa had not been to this park before so she had to try everything at least twice. The wind blew with enthusiasm over the open space and before long Nanna and Grandad were calculating how soon they could persuade Marisa it would be good to go back home.

On Mother's Day Nicholas and Michie invited us for lunch and afterwards Marisa and I went to West Park, which is near her home. She grins triumphantly as she manages to climb up by herself. The weather is turning colder but Marisa kept pointing out the next piece of equipment she wanted to go on.

Now that Marisa is beginning to walk she enjoys her trips to the local parks. Below you see her in on a warm and sunny afternoon in West Park which is a short walk from my house.
