Farm in the park

We wanted to take Marisa to see some Spring lambs but unfortunately the lambing unit was closed on the day of our visit. However there were other options.....starting with some large, smelly pigs and lots of piglets

The peacock was in full cry and certainly attracted Marisa's attention.

The cows were a great success in spite of not making the moo sound she listens to in her story books. Still Grandad helped her to touch a friendly cow.

Next to the farm was a play area and below is video showing how quickly her walking (and exploring!) skills are developing. Slides are her favourite piece of playground equipment.
