Geneva in the sunshine

We flew out to Geneva on Friday night (suitcases packed with Boden summer clothes for Bella and Sebastian) and woke up to lovely warm sunshine on the Saturday. Malcolm made a tasty barbeque lunch enjoyed by both high table and low table.

After lunch Isabella was keen to do dancing in her new strawberry swimsuit with added tutu. Nanna tried to interest her in being a yoga tree instead but obviously this was not acceptable. Perhaps the fact it was very hot and am wearing Sebastian's sunhat made the pose less convincing.

In the afternoon Kate and Malcolm took us along the lake to the Tulip festival in Morges.

It reminded me of a previous occasion in New York when we visited the May blossom festival in Brooklyn Botanic gardens and Bella was only about nine months old.

Now she can be seen flying a plane up and down on roundabouts with great glee.
